what do people mean when they talk about small or large features? how would you depict this in a drawing?

features or the face are just a term to put all the individual parts of the face in one word its pretty much the eyes nose mouth to be put simply you can just make them bigger or smaller in proportion to the whole head to change the way they look

i wish i could draw african americans , they don't look like typical african , but not completely Caucasian of course ...it's just so difficult to draw mixed races for me in general
